WARRANT OF APPREHENSION OF FUGITIVE CRIMINAL.
BY ORDER OF HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR.
HONGKONG
TO WIT,
To all and each of the Constables of the Hongkong Police Force.
Whereas a communication by an Officer of the Chinese Government has been forwarded to me desiring the arrest of
楊得才 Yeung Tak Ts'oi,
Chinese subject and now within the Colony of Hongkong and alleging that the said person has committed a crime against the laws of China, to wit, the crime of murder and cutting and wounding a Chinese subject within the Jurisdiction of China.
This is therefore to command you in Her Majesty's name forthwith to apprehend
楊潤柏 Yeung Yun Pak,
the said person whenever or wherever he may be found in the Colony of Hongkong or the waters thereof, and bring him before me or some other Magistrate sitting in this Court, to be dealt with according to law under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2 of 1850.

this 7th day of December 1883.
